ACT! can be customized by each team member while still providing managers with a complete view of interactions. Within the ACT! Premium tier, customers have the option to select ACT! Premium (EX Edition) or ACT! Premium (ST Edition). Both editions offer the same feature set, but the EX Edition ships with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition, and the ST Edition ships with both SQL Server 2005 Express Edition and SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition.
