The conversion from QuickBooks versions 2005 – 2008 will move over your open transactions, as well as your historical information, excluding individual payroll transactions. The conversion also includes account mapping to ensure that the right information is moved into the right accounts.

Cash Flow Management
Easily analyze and forecast your cash flow with the use of the cash flow management tool. You will have the ability to know whether or not you will have enough cash to meet current and upcoming financial obligations by managing your cash flow from one location. Additionally, you will be able to export cash flow forecasts into Microsoft Excel.

Real-Time Alerts
Having data accuracy is critical to any small business. You can trust that your information is getting set-up correctly within Peachtree. You will be alerted when using non standard AP and AR accounts upon saving the transaction or when using a non-cash account in the cash account field on receipts and payments. Also, when working in a multi-user environment, you will automatically be notified of tax updates on each workstation.

Easily Track Time and Expenses
Improved user-interface allows for quicker views within time and expense tickets. You will be able to locate time and expense tickets through our new List views. Additionally, you will be able to set the first day of the week based on how your business tracks time.
